Following the latest announcement from the government regarding the reopening of gyms and indoor sports, I am pleased to announce that the club can reopen from Monday the 12th of April 2021 (hopefully this will be the last of these announcements!).
In order to return to the club, members will have to complete the three steps below to access the return to squash information page and complete the return to squash form. Please read these instructions carefully 🙂
The first step will be to log into your new account on this new CSRC site. To do so, you will need to create a new password. This can be done by visiting the link below and on the login page, clicking on the Lost my password link and entering your email address you used to register to the previous site.
This will then send you an automated email with a link to click on to confirm that you would like a new password to be generated and sent to you. Click on the EMAIL ME A NEW PASSWORD link in the email to received a second automated email with your new password.
After you have clicked on this link, it will take you back to the login page. You will then receive a second email with your new password, which you can then login to your account with 🙂
Q. I didn’t receive the password email when I clicked on the Lost my password link?
A. Please check your spam or junk mail folder and if necessary, add info@csquash.org to your safe senders list.
Q. I entered my email address in the forgot password box but it says my email is invalid?
A. This means you are entering an email that is different to the one we have on record with you. If you get in touch with my via email (joe@cmstringers.com) or Text/WhatsApp (07909531367) I can change this for you so that you can continue the process.
Once you are in your account, you can see details of your membership such as how many months and days you have left of your paused membership and what package you are on. You can also edit your profile details including being able to set a new password in this section as well.
To access the return to squash page, scroll down and under the Membership actions sub section, click on the banner to take you to that page 🙂
You can also access the membership renewal page from here as well if you need to renew your membership.
This page contains all the information you need to know with regards to reopening the club and what restrictions are in place as well as types of play permitted from the 12th of April 2021. Please read this information carefully and once you understand and agree to the terms, you can then complete the form. On completion, you will be redirected to the thank you page, which will explain what happens next and that’s it!
Those that have completed the form will then have their membership restarted, door entry cards reactivated and online court booking accounts switched back on. The list below is an up to date list of members that have completed the process.
Only members that have completed this process may access the club so please do not allow access to members that do not appear on the list below! The list will be updated several times a day so if your bubble player (if applicable) is not on the list then feel free to drop them a reminder 🙂
